I have worked as a Coach, Facilitator and Organisational Development Specialist across public, private and higher education sectors for over 20 years. Recent clients include the BBC, Hampshire County Council, Dorset County Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, Swindon Borough Council, Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, Hampshire Constabulary, Criminal Justice Boards in Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire, The Gambling Commission, Southampton University, Ceuta Healthcare, Utilita, and a variety of West Midlands School and Academy Leadership Teams.

My passion
I have a passion for coaching others and have experienced myself the invaluable insight that a good coach can bring. Over the years coaching has helped me make some big decisions: I quit a permanent job, travelled the world, set up my own business, started running marathons and returned to my hometown after 20 years away.
I understand how it feels to be lost, unsure, unsettled, frustrated and unfulfilled. But I also know how it feels to take responsibility and start making choices that change life forever and for the better.
Why I do what I do?
My purpose is to help people escape from the limiting ways of working and thinking that hems them in. Rather than feeling frustrated and limited, you recognise the choices available and make active, informed decisions about what next.
Whoever I’m working with it’s about ensuring people have the opportunity to stand back, reflect on what is and what isn’t working for them, be clear as to what is important to them, what they want to achieve and how they’re going to get there. It’s about regaining a quality of thinking you may otherwise lose sight of.
